We are specialists in the support arena, our engineers have over 60 years knowledge between them with most of them being involved with our customers for over 5 years. We currently support companies ranging from sole traders right up to companies with 50+ personnel spread over multiple sites needing 24/7 access to their mail and databases.

Assisted Support

If you already have an onsite support person then we can offer a 2nd line support to provide backup support to them. This could include everything on the network or can be tailored to yourselves, for example you may only need our help with the servers. Assisted support includes cover of 1st line support  when your onsite support person goes on holiday.

Full Support

We can cover your whole network for you or tailor support to fit your company’s needs. You may only want us to support your main server or just a couple of PC’s. Whatever you want to cover we can help.

Outsourced Support

This covers your whole network, but in addition to what Full support offer this includes more monitoring & Planning. This basically makes us your IT Department.

Remote or Site Visits

Our ‘Telephone & Remote only’ cover will cover all fixes which do not involve a site visit. We fix 90% of our support calls remotely, this means that this cover is very good value. Site visits would be on a chargeable basis. For that extra piece of mind we also offer cover that includes all site visits.

Your cover can be as simple as ‘Remote only’ or ‘Site visits included’ or we can tailor support cover to your needs, maybe you have personnel on the road with laptops. Our remote control software we can support computers wherever they are in the world as long as they are connected to the internet.
